PRICING
All product prices are listed on our website and include applicable VAT, but exclude shipping fees. If VAT rates change between your purchase and dispatch dates, we’ll update the VAT accordingly, unless full payment was made before the change.
Payment is processed when your order is dispatched and confirmed via email. Ownership transfers once we receive your payment in full. If payment is overdue, we reserve the right to charge interest at 2% annually above the Bank of England’s base rate, calculated daily from the due date until the payment is settled.
PRODUCT DETAILS
Unless stated otherwise, Podax Limited is not the manufacturer of the items sold. While we aim for accuracy in product descriptions, actual colours may differ due to screen variations and packaging may vary. Always read the instructions, warnings, and labels provided with the product before using it.
We reserve the right to update products in line with legal or regulatory changes or to make minor improvements that don’t affect usability.
ORDER FULFILMENT & SHIPPING
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed on the same business day. Orders placed after 4pm GMT or on weekends/bank holidays will be processed the next working day. Expect possible delays during peak seasons like Christmas or sales.
Shipping Options: Available delivery methods and costs are displayed on our website. Shipping charges include VAT.
DELAYS OR NON-FULFILMENT
If external circumstances delay our product delivery, we’ll contact you promptly and work to minimise the delay. If the delay is significant, you may cancel your order by contacting our support team at info@podax.co.uk and receive a refund for any undelivered items.
Should an external event completely prevent us from fulfilling the contract, we’ll notify you and issue a refund for undelivered goods.
CANCELLATION TERMS
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product. To do so, notify our Customer Services team via the methods listed in the “Returns Policy,” or fill in the cancellation form and email it to info@podax.co.uk or mail it to Unit 3, Junction 6 Industrial Park, Birmingham, B6 7JJ.
If you cancel, return the product within 14 days at your own cost (unless free returns were offered at purchase). Send it to Unit 3, Junction 6 Industrial Park, Birmingham, B6 7JJ via a reliable courier and retain proof of return. Without this, if we don’t receive the return or receive it late, we may not issue a refund.
Only standard shipping costs are refunded. Any added costs for express or scheduled delivery are not reimbursed.
Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive the returned item (or evidence of return). We use the original payment method and do not charge any refund fee.
If the product is returned in a used or damaged condition (e.g. missing packaging/accessories or tags), we may reduce the refund accordingly. Our support team can advise if a reduction applies.
RETURNS POLICY
We comply with legal requirements to provide goods that match their description and meet quality standards. If you suspect a fault, contact us via the website’s contact form (https://podax.co.uk/) or by emailing info@podax.co.uk.
Describe the issue clearly and include photos if possible. Indicate whether you’d prefer a refund or replacement.
If the fault is confirmed, we’ll issue a prepaid return label. You must return the faulty or incorrect item to us. We’ll update you throughout the return process.
WARRANTY COVER
If your product develops a fault (not caused by misuse or wear and tear) within 12 months of purchase, we’ll repair or replace it. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please follow our return process to initiate a warranty claim.
YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:
- Within 30 days: you may request a refund for faulty goods.
- Within 6 months: if repair or replacement is not possible, you’re entitled to a refund.
- Up to 6 years: you may be entitled to a partial refund if the product does not last a reasonable time.
PRODUCT USAGE
All goods are sold for domestic or home-office use unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Products must be used according to manufacturer instructions. Modifications to hardware or software void warranties and may affect your right to returns or repairs.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS
When ordering for delivery outside the UK mainland, you may be liable for import duties/taxes upon arrival. These fees are your responsibility. Customs rules vary by country — consult your local office for details.
As the importer, you must comply with all local regulations. International packages may be opened by customs for inspection.
TERMINATION OF CONTRACT
We reserve the right to end our agreement if you fail to provide necessary delivery access or information within a reasonable timeframe. We may seek compensation for resulting losses.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Podax Limited is responsible for losses caused by contract breaches unless:
- The loss was not foreseeable at the time of purchase.
- The loss results from a delay beyond our control.
- You could have avoided the loss by following our guidance.
- The loss relates to commercial use of our products.
Some jurisdictions may not allow certain limitations, so they may not apply to you.
Nothing excludes our liability for fraud, or death/personal injury caused by negligence.
MINORS
We do not sell to children. Users under 18 must use the site under a parent/guardian’s supervision, and that guardian must enter into the contract.
DATA PRIVACY
Your personal data will be handled in line with our Privacy Notice, available on our website.
DISPUTES

These terms are governed by English law. You may bring claims in the courts of England, Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland, depending on your location.
MISCELLANEOUS TERMS
We may transfer our obligations under this contract to another provider and will inform you in writing. Your rights remain protected.
Only you and Podax Limited hold rights under this contract. Others cannot enforce or change it.
If a court finds any part of this contract unlawful, the rest will still apply.
